We accept cash or cheque, no credit cards. While we don’t offer payment plans, please discuss any special requests with us and we’ll do our best to come up with a plan that suits your budget.
WHEN CAN WE START
This will depend on the season - many people realize that the winter is not a good time to have their roof fixed so the spring season books up quickly. The same thing happens in the fall as people suddenly realize that the cold weather is coming… just like you don’t want to wait too long to put your snow tires on, you also don’t want to wait too long to book your roof repair as we may be too busy by then to fit you in until the following year.
how far will we DRIVE?
Our home base is between Stratford and St Marys, but we regularly travel anywhere from Goderich to Burlington, and from London up to Milverton.
WHAT materials WILL WE USE ON YOUR ROOF?
We offer high quality products, like GAF Timberline, Certainteed Landmark, CRC, Iko, and more. If you have a preference for a specialized product, we can discuss your customized order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
It greatly depends on both the size of the roof and the weather. We have finished some roofs in a day, while other larger roofs can take a couple weeks.
HOW MUCh of a deposit do I need?
We will require 50% up front to order materials and the remaining 50% is due on completion.
